Today we're serving a copper fold form pendant with a side of wire-wrapped malachite. (Sorry, I've been watching cooking shows lately.) The background image is a detail view of the piece. It's about 2.5" wide and 3" long including the bale, on a leather cord. Hope you like it. It's a partly sunny 55 degrees in Columbus, OH right now. What a great day for February in Ohio! Do you know what kind of magic this type of mid-winter weather can do? I'm still in a good mood -- even though I just lost my entire post. Easy come, easy go. This version is going to be shorter. The short version is that I'm planning to do a March 2012 One-a-day Challenge, and it will include a give-away to spice things up. I'll make and post a new piece every day of March (including weekends.) It was just too much fun last year to pass up. If you want to see what last year's One-a-day challenge was like, check out my home page and scroll to the bottom, or watch a quick 3-minute video recap here. For foldforming enthusiasts, day 17 was my first-ever foldforming piece, and the start of my addiction ;-) Now out into this warmish, windy, partly sunny, glorious February day. Come back next week, ok? (can't a girl dream?)
