We had a beautiful day for the Yellow Springs Street Fair on Saturday. It was jam packed with people -- we had 5-10 customers in our booth all day long. That made the day fly! I'm happy to say that my biggest sellers were fold form cuffs (I nearly sold out) and anything made with pennies (those did sell out), which is great because that's what I'd like to make right now. This week I'm working on penny charm bracelets; here are a couple: I love the look, but the clincher is the SOUND. They have such a great jingle. You just can't be in a bad mood if you're wearing one. Laugh if you want, but turn the sound up and play the video below :-) You don't get that from pennies in your pocket. They take on a magical sound when they are rolled out or hammered like this.
Play it again, Sam.
