Day 1: One-a-day jewelry challenge March 2012

Welcome to day ONE of my 2nd annual March One-a-day jewelry challenge!  I've been so excited about it.  I woke up this morning like it was Christmas and couldn't wait to get started.  I hope you'll follow along with me. 

A word of warning -- I just got a new tool that helps me corrugate metal.  I will try not to use it on absolutely everything... but it is so. much. fun.  I go a little crazy over new tools anyway, but this one has me giggling.

So here you go, submission for day one -- a foldform cuff, chased and corrugated.

What's in it for you?  A piece of jewelry yet to be created.

I will pick at least SIX of the pieces I make this month to select from... and the drawing winner will tell me which one he/she would like to receive.  There will be some different styles, metals, and occasional gemstones.  And I won't keep you in suspense.  When I post a piece that's included in the drawing choices, I'll say so in that day's post.

1. Post a comment on any One-a-day blog post (current or previous day) during March 2012.  Tell me what you think of a piece and why, and you're automatically entered.  Comments must be added before midnight on March 31st, US ET.

The drawing
On April 1st, I'll draw a random name from among those who commented. Your 
name will be assigned a number (chronologically, based on comment order) and the winning number will be generated from http://www.random.org.  One entry per person -- your first comment will enter you, but you're welcome to comment as often as you like! 

If you are outside the U.S., I welcome your entries!  If you win, I will charge a bit of shipping, but only the amount that's higher than standard U.S. postage.  

A little about the challenge
